Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://infiniat.co.uk and purchases made from Infiniat Ltd, trading as Infiniat (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable policies referred to in them.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable UK law.

2. About Infiniat

Infiniat is the trading name of Infiniat Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Our company registration details and contact information are provided on our separate Contact Information page.

3. Eligibility and Website Use

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its security or functionality, or provide fraudulent or misleading information.

We may restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected fraud or legal compliance.

4. Products and Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate and up to date.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Images are provided to help illustrate the product and may not show every detail of the packaging or presentation.

Any such variation does not affect your statutory rights if a product is materially different from its description or does not meet the requirements of applicable law.

We may update product information, discontinue products or correct errors where necessary.

5. Prices and Availability

All prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices and product availability before an order is placed. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order that we have already accepted, except where correction or another remedy is legally permitted.

If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. We will not rely on this provision to remove any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Orders, Acceptance and Our Right to Cancel

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. The contract will be formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, which may be communicated by an order acceptance email or dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse an order before accepting it where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • Payment cannot be authorised or completed.
  • We identify a genuine pricing, product description or listing error.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity or misuse of our website.
  • We are unable to deliver to the address provided.
  • We are required to do so by law or a relevant regulatory requirement.

If we need to cancel an order after accepting it, we will do so only where we have a lawful or contractual basis, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. We will notify you of the cancellation and arrange any refund due, including applicable delivery charges where required.

We will not use this clause to remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights or to cancel an accepted order arbitrarily.

You are responsible for checking your order details, delivery address and contact information before submitting your order.

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be made using an available payment method displayed at checkout.

Depending on the payment methods enabled for your order, these may include:

  • PayPal
  • Shopify Payments
  • Supported credit and debit cards, including Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna
  • Clearpay
  • Stripe, where available through our configured payment arrangements

The methods shown at checkout are the methods available for your transaction. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every customer.

Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider and are subject to its terms, security checks and approval procedures.

If you select Klarna or Clearpay, any instalment arrangements, eligibility checks, payment dates, fees or interest are governed by the terms presented by that provider.

We do not directly store your full payment card number or card security code on our own systems.

If payment fails or remains pending, we may be unable to process or dispatch your order until the issue is resolved.

8. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery area

We currently intend to deliver orders within the United Kingdom only. The delivery destinations available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing and dispatch

We aim to process orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays and other operational circumstances.

Any dispatch estimate provided on a product page, at checkout or in an order communication should be read alongside the information available when you place your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery date or applicable law provides otherwise.

We will keep you informed of material delivery issues where reasonably possible.

Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order is delayed, appears to be missing or arrives damaged, please contact us using the details on our Contact Information page.

We will investigate the issue and work with the delivery provider where appropriate. Our responsibility to you under applicable consumer law is not removed simply because a delivery provider is involved.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered within the period required by applicable law.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

This section explains our returns and refund arrangements. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

9.1 Customer Cancellation Requests

If you have an eligible customer account, you may be able to request cancellation of an order directly through your account on our website.

To submit a request, sign in to your customer account, open your order and select the cancellation option where available. You may request cancellation of items that have not yet been dispatched, subject to the cancellation options and eligibility shown in your account.

Submitting a cancellation request does not necessarily mean that the order has been cancelled. We will review the request and notify you whether it has been approved. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns or statutory cancellation process described below.

If the online cancellation option is unavailable, or you need to exercise a statutory cancellation right, you can notify us using the contact details on our Contact Information page. You do not have to use your customer account or a particular form to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

For online purchases, consumers will generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Once you notify us of a valid cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

9.2 Condition of returned goods

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, please take reasonable care of it while inspecting it.

You may handle a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary and reduces the value of the goods, we may make a deduction where legally permitted.

Please include accessories and components supplied with the product and package the goods securely.

9.3 Sealed perfumes and hygiene-related exceptions

Some sealed goods may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel if they are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, where the relevant legal conditions are met.

This may apply to certain sealed perfumes or personal-care products, depending on the product and its packaging.

This exception does not automatically apply to every perfume or gift set. It also does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

9.4 Return postage

For a change-of-mind cancellation under the statutory cancellation right, you will generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided you were informed of this before placing your order.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us before returning them. We will explain the appropriate arrangements and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending goods back where practical. Do not send products to our registered office unless we have confirmed that it is an appropriate return address.

9.5 Refunds for cancellations

When you validly cancel an online purchase within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the amount required by law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will issue the refund within the applicable legal timeframe. For returned goods, this is generally within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Where legally permitted, a deduction may be made for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods.

9.6 Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us investigate.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may have rights to reject faulty goods for a refund, obtain a repair or replacement, or receive another remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Qualifying faulty goods are generally subject to a 30-day short-term right to reject. Your rights after that period depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

We will assess the issue and explain the available options. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.

9.7 Refund method

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where possible.

If you paid through PayPal, a card, Shopify Payments or another payment provider, the time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on that provider or your financial institution.

For Klarna or Clearpay orders, any refund or adjustment to an instalment plan will be handled through the relevant provider in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

9.8 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us before returning an item to ask whether an exchange is possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement where applicable.

9.9 Cancellation before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please submit a cancellation request through your customer account where this option is available.

We will review the request and confirm whether the order can be cancelled. If the cancellation is approved, we will arrange any refund due through the original payment method where possible.

If the cancellation option is unavailable in your account, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our Contact Information page.

Once an order has been dispatched, you may still be entitled to cancel your online purchase under the statutory cancellation rules. Please refer to Section 9.1 for details.

We reserve the right to decline a request for immediate cancellation where the order is no longer eligible for cancellation through this process. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you may have.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

10. Gift Sets and Product Packaging

Product contents and included accessories will be described on the relevant product page.

If a gift set contains several items, please check the product description before purchasing. Any substitutions or changes to advertised contents will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We aim to package products appropriately for delivery, but packaging appearance may vary where this does not materially change the product supplied.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on our website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep our website available and information accurate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from errors.

We may update, suspend or change parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any applicable liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our legal obligations regarding the products we supply.

Subject to the foregoing, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect our ability to fulfil an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate material delays where appropriate.

This provision does not remove any refund, cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable law.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information.

By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable data protection law.

Please also refer to our separate Cookie Policy for information about cookies and similar technologies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with its updated date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing order except where permitted by law or agreed with you.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.

18. Contact Information

For questions about these terms, orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, returns or refunds, please refer to our separate Contact Information page.
